Speed Motorcycling
The speed motorcycle is a sport playd in motorcylcing paved racetrack. Motorcylces can be used prototypes, is developed specifically for competition, or derived from standard models (usually sport motorcyces) with modifications to increase performance. The first roup includes those involved in the Motorcycle World Championship, and in the second the Superbike, Superstock and Supersport.
Motorcycles must submit a number of features such as stability, high speed (in both straight and cornering), high acceleration, sudden braking, low weight and easy handling.
A race of this type ussually consists of one or two days of training sessions consisting of several(free and officials) in which pilos attempt to provide a return to the circuit as fast as possible, wch will determine its position on the starting grid the race itself.
After the parade lap, forming the grid, and the race when the red light goes off. Pilots must rotate a set number of laps, or turn the most laps in given time. The race ends with the traditional checkered flag.
Within the same event may be different depending on the type of racing motorcycle and its displacements, and some of them are fighting several sleeves for each category.
